As 2017 begins to take shape, we've been have a look back at the year previous, the growth of our website and now our expansion across more of Yorkshire. We found there are certain homes - mainly in Sheffield and Leeds - that have peaked interest more than most, so take a look at our 10 most viewed for 2016:

An extended five bed semi with a long, detached garden on the market for less than £300,000 was always going to attract interest and Hemper Lane ticked those boxes. Close to Beauchief and Totley Rise, it’s ideal for both Chesterfield and Sheffield as an affordable family home.

In a desirable school catchment area and the popular area of Dore in Sheffield, this thoughtfully extended home was popular on the website. This four bedroom detached property on the doorstep of the Peak District had more than 1,000 views.

This beautiful six bedroom detached house is a unique build with private gardens and stunning countryside views. New builds continue to grow in popularity, and this property was no different, offering comfortable contemporary living for the buyers.
