As 2017 begins to take shape, we've been have a look back at the year previous, the growth of our website and now our expansion across more of Yorkshire. We found there are certain homes - mainly in Sheffield and Leeds - that have peaked interest more than most, so take a look at our 10 most viewed for 2016:

In a desirable school catchment area and the popular area of Dore in Sheffield, this thoughtfully extended home was popular on the website. This four bedroom detached property on the doorstep of the Peak District had more than 1,000 views.

Doncaster Road, Westwoodside, Doncaster

This beautiful six bedroom detached house is a unique build with private gardens and stunning countryside views. New builds continue to grow in popularity, and this property was no different, offering comfortable contemporary living for the buyers. 

Onslow Road, Endcliffe Park, Sheffield

At the bottom of Onlsow Road, next to Endcliffe Park, this mid-terrace was bound to be snapped up quick. The bright and characterful three bed had an open-plan kitchen/diner with a garden and sparked a lot of interest.

In Moortown, close to Roundhay Park, this well presented detached house has great links to Leeds city centre as well as being around popular bars and restaurants. A spacious kitchen and breakfast room with six bedrooms on the first floor, it was an ideal family property.
